Compassion is Fashion
Our mission at Compassion is Fashion is to Empower and Inspire foster youth and other disadvantaged populations through art, education, fashion, and self-esteem programs.
In order to share our mission we operate a fashion truck that allows us to share our purpose throughout the community.
Compassion is Fashion Wear it Today!
There are currently over 400,000 foster youth in the United States and this number does not include those who have aged out of the system. Last year over 2.5 million youth were
homeless which equates to 1 in 30. Over the years our founder Ronda Swenson has seen first hand the struggles faced by youth in the court & social service systems. These children do
not have a proper support base, they lack clothing and resources, tools to succeed in school, and the self-esteem needed to accomplish their goals.
We at Compassion is Fashion have designed programs that combine the arts, education, fashion, and the tools needed to raise self-esteem in an empowering and inspiring way. Our
group of experts not only provide youth with a new outlook on life but we teach them the importance of giving back and becoming compassionate individuals.
